Nancy Nicholson Miller has over 30 years experience in the insurance industry as owner and president of R H Nicholson & Company. She has been with the agency since 1978 with a principal area of expertise in Commercial Insurance and Agency Management having serviced over 2,000 businesses in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area. She has served as President of Independent Insurance Agents of Northern Virginia. She holds distinguished certifications: Certified Insurance Counselor designation and is a member of the prestigious Certified Property Casualty Underwriter Society. She graduated from Roanoke College with a degree in Business Administration. She and her husband Gary live in Fairfax, VA. She enjoys playing golf in her spare time. Her two grown children, Brian and Allison, have joined the agency.

Brian Miller, CLCS, CISR
Commercial Lines Account Executive

Brian has been with the agency since 2006. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. He has attended The Hartford School of Insurance where he earned the NCCI recognized designation of Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist. He is also a Certified Insurance Service Representative and is in the process of earning his Certified Insurance Counselor designation. He is licensed as a Property Casualty agent, handling personal and commercial accounts. He is also in management training. Brian enjoys Virginia Tech Hokie football and supporting DC sports teams.

Roger Cornett, CISR
Commercial Lines Agent

Roger has been with the agency since 2001. He is a Certified Insurance Service Representative and is in the process of earning his Certified Insurance Counselor designation. A former personal lines agent licensed in Property and Casualty as well as Life, he now specializes in the sales and service of Commercial insurance. Roger enjoys supporting all DC sports teams.

Aida Morgan, CISR
Personal Lines Agent

Aida obtained her bachelors degree from George Mason University. She was licensed as a Property & Casualty agent in 1999 and also holds a Life license. Aida is a Certified Insurance Service Representative. She joined R.H Nicholson in 2003 and specializes in the sales and service of personal lines insurance. Aida lives in Oakton with her husband.

George Ulmer, CISR
Personal Lines Agent

George Ulmer joined R. H. Nicholson & Company, Inc. in September of 2007 as a personal lines agent. He is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Finance. George specializes in both P&C and life insurance and he is a Certified Insurance Service Representative. Originally from Blackwood, New Jersey, George enjoys Virginia Tech Hokie football and playing golf.

Allison Miller, CLCS
Commercial Lines Agent

Allison has been working at R.H Nicholson since August of 2008. She is a graduate of Virginia Tech with a degree in Marketing Management. She is licensed as a property casualty agent and she currently works in personal lines and commercial insurance. Allison attended the Hartford School of Insurance where she earned the NCCI recognized designation of Commercial Lines Coverage Specialist and is in the process of earning both her Certified Insurance Counselor designation and her Certified Insurance Service Representative designation. Allison currently lives in Arlington, VA and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
